Resilience Reset

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of resiliencereset.co.uk and purchases made through the website. They do not remove any rights you have under UK consumer law.

1. About us

Resilience Reset is operated by Kerri Douglas in the United Kingdom. Contact: kerri@kerridouglas.co.uk.

2. Using the website

You may use this website only for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape protected content at scale or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

3. Educational and wellbeing information

Resilience Reset provides educational and self reflection information. It is not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. Content does not diagnose or treat any condition and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

If you are concerned about persistent exhaustion, distress, medication, your safety or another health issue, seek suitable professional support. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown before purchase. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and access or download instructions are supplied. Payments may be processed by a third party provider. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.

If a pricing or product-description error is obvious, we may cancel and refund an affected order before or after access is issued.

5. Digital content and immediate access

Digital guides and resources may be supplied immediately after purchase. Where UK cancellation law applies, you may normally have a 14 day cancellation period. However, that right can be lost once immediate digital supply begins if, before delivery, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost.

Checkout requirement: Where immediate access is supplied, the checkout should obtain the customer’s express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement of the cancellation consequence. These terms alone do not replace that checkout consent.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If paid digital content is faulty, unavailable, unsafe, does not match its description or cannot be accessed as promised, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

6. Refunds

Because downloadable content can be accessed immediately, change of mind refunds may not be available after valid consent to immediate supply has been given and delivery has begun. This does not limit remedies required by law for faulty or misdescribed content.

To report an access problem or request a review, email us with the purchase email and order reference. Do not send card details.

7. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. Personal purchases and accounts may not be shared, transferred, resold or used to provide access to others unless a team or organisational licence expressly permits it.

Any stated lifetime access means access for the commercial life of the relevant product and platform, subject to reasonable updates, replacement delivery methods and events outside our control. It does not guarantee that a particular website or technology will operate forever.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, guides, worksheets, branding, text and original graphics are owned by or licensed to Resilience Reset and protected by intellectual property law. A purchase grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive and nontransferable licence to use the product.

You may download and print resources for your own use where permitted. You may not reproduce, upload, distribute, sell, teach from, adapt or commercially exploit them without written permission.

9. Availability and external links

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may maintain, update, replace or withdraw features where reasonably necessary.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning Resilience Reset may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, Resilience Reset is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by events outside reasonable control, or business losses arising from consumer use. You remain responsible for decisions made using educational content.

11. Ending access

We may suspend or end access where there is fraud, unlawful activity, abusive behaviour, account sharing, infringement or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons. The version applying to a purchase is normally the version in effect when the order was made, unless a change is required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Contact

Questions, complaints or access problems can be sent to kerri@kerridouglas.co.uk.
